Psixiatr Dr. İkram Rüstəmov Nefes Psixonevroloji Sağlamlıq Mərkəzinin direktorudur. Türkiyədə İstanbul Universitetinin Cərrahpaşa Tibb Fakültəsini bitirən Dr. Rüstəmov, Pediatrik Psixiatriya, Pediatrik Nevrologiya və Psixiatriya kafedralarında uzmanlıq təhsili alıb və assistent həkim olaraq çalışıb. Təhsilini başa vurduqdan sonra bir müddət İstanbulda işləyən İkram həkim 2010-cu ildə Azərbaycana qayıdıb. Bakıya qayıtdıqdan sonra bir müddət Mərkəzi Klinikada, daha sonra isə 1 saylı Respublika Psixiatriya Xəstəxanasında psixiatr, uşaq psixiatrı kimi işləyib. Dr. İkram Rüstəmov Azərbaycan Tibb Universitetinin Psixiatriya kafedrasında assistent olaraq işləyir. O, akademik fəaliyyətini 2014–15-ci illərdə ABŞ-ın Harvard Universitetinin Tibb Fakültəsində qonaq assistent professor və Boston Uşaq Xəstəxanasında elmi işçi kimi davam etdirib. Bir sıra beynəlxalq tədbir və konfranslarda iştirak edib. Tibb elmləri üzrə fəlsəfə doktorudur.
