Nəfəs Psixonevroloji Sağlamlıq Mərkəzi 2026-cı ildə psixiatr, tibb elmləri üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru Dr. İkram Rüstəmov tərəfindən təsis edilmişdir.
Dr. İkram Rüstəmov tibbi təhsilini Türkiyədə, İstanbul Universitetinin Cərrahpaşa Tibb Fakültəsində almış, daha sonra pediatrik psixiatriya, pediatrik nevrologiya və psixiatriya sahələrində ixtisaslaşmışdır. Peşəkar fəaliyyətinə Türkiyədə başlayan Dr. Rüstəmov sonradan Azərbaycanda fəaliyyətini davam etdirərək müxtəlif aparıcı tibb müəssisələrində psixiatr və uşaq psixiatrı kimi çalışmışdır.
O, həm klinik, həm də akademik sahədə geniş təcrübəyə malikdir. Azərbaycan Tibb Universitetinin Psixiatriya kafedrasında assistent kimi fəaliyyət göstərmiş, beynəlxalq təcrübəsini isə ABŞ-da Harvard Universitetinin Tibb Fakültəsində qonaq assistent professor və Boston Uşaq Xəstəxanasında elmi işçi kimi daha da zənginləşdirmişdir. Dr. Rüstəmov bir sıra beynəlxalq konfransların və elmi tədbirlərin iştirakçısıdır.
Bu gün Nəfəs Psixonevroloji Sağlamlıq Mərkəzi iki filialdan və multidissiplinar mütəxəssis heyətindən ibarət olaraq fəaliyyət göstərir. Səkkiz illik fəaliyyətimiz ərzində əsas prinsipimiz dəyişməz qalmışdır: elmi əsaslı qayğı və real nəticə.
